Transfer to Someone on Old Phone System

I’ve set up a special extension that you can use to transfer callers to the “old” phone system.  If someone calls in on one of the new phones and you’d like to transfer them to someone who isn’t on the new system yet, you can use extension 699 to “bridge” over to the old phone system.

As with any transfer, you can stay on the line and navigate to the desired person’s extension before completing the transfer and it should be transparent to the caller that they’ve crossed systems.
